This show is a qualifier for The Sunshine Tour Championships held at The All England Jumping Course, Hickstead from Thursday 12th – Sunday 15th September 2019. The Championships are for unaffiliated and amateur competitors in Dressage from Intro to Elementary, Show Jumping from Lead Rein to 1.05m; Showing for lead rein, inhand, ridden, working hunter, veterans, plus many more, Eventers Challenge from 60cm through to 1m. Qualification: 1st – 4th in dressage, show jumping & showing and 1st-6th in eventers challenges. Bring your Personal Qualification Form available from www.sunshinetour.co.uk or ask the Secretary for a ‘Wild Card’. To be considered for the ROR Riding club challenge please ensure your ROR number is included in your entry
1 No claim will be entertained for anything that may happen to competitors, spectators, their property, servants, horses or ponies in connection with or arising from this competition. Admission is granted and entries accepted only upon this condition. It shall be considered a condition of entry that each entrant shall agree to indemnify the organisers against any legal action arising there from. 2 The organisers reserve the right to reject or cancel any entry or entries and to cancel any class or classes (refunding any fees paid). Under normal circumstances, fees will not be refunded unless a vet’s or doctor’s certificate is produced. The decision of the judges and show officials is, in every case, to be accepted as final 3 All riders to be correctly dressed and hard hats (PAS015 or BSEN1384) to be worn when mounted with chin straps fastened. 4 Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times 5 Horses when not competing must be kept strictly to the horse lines, collecting enclosures and exercising paddocks - animals must not be tied to any of the fences. Competitors are asked to co-operate for the safety of all concerned. Please take your litter home. 6 Should the event be cancelled £2.00 per horse entered will be retained for administration costs 7 No ridden horses under 4 years. 8 Riding Club Dressage Rules will apply. 9 Health and Safety. The organiser of this event has taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all the officials and stewards 10 The event photographer will be easily identifiable. 11 Your Horse’s passports may be required to be seen by the secretary, so please bring it with you. It is also an offence to travel your horse without one. 12 Any complaints are to be submitted to the organiser in writing with a deposit of £20. 13 Spaces will be limited and will be allocated on date of receipt of entry and payment
