Timed competition. Horse and rider to complete a course of jumps before dismounting and then completing a course of jumps with your hound. Additional time penalties will be given for knocked down fences. The rider and runner may be different providing the rider has fully dismounted before the runner can start.

Online entries close on Thursday 22 August 2019.
Late entries will be accepted on the day subject to class sizes.
A late payment of £3 will be add to each class entered.
Payment can be made by card or cash on the day. No cheques will be accepted on the day.

£2 will be added per entry to cover Paramedic First Aid.

Terms & Conditions

1. No claim will be entertained for anything that may happen to competitors, spectators, their property, servants, horses or ponies in connection with or arising from this competition. Admission is granted and entries accepted only upon this condition. It shall be considered a condition of entry that each entrant shall agree to indemnify the organisers against any legal action arising there from. 2. The organisers reserve the right to reject or cancel any entry or entries and to cancel any class or classes (refunding any fees paid). Under normal circumstances, fees will not be refunded unless a vet’s or doctor’s certificate is produced. An administration charge of £2 will be retained. 3. The decision of the judges and show officials is, in every case, to be accepted as final 4. All riders to be correctly dressed and hard hats (PAS015 or BSEN1384) to be worn when mounted with chin straps fastened. 5. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times 6. Horses when not competing must be kept strictly to the horse lines, collecting enclosures and exercising paddocks - animals must not be tied to any of the fences. Competitors are asked to co-operate for the safety of all concerned. Please take your litter home. 7. Should the event be cancelled £2.00 per horse entered will be retained for administration costs 8. No ridden horses under 4 years. 9. Health and Safety. The organiser of this event has taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all the officials and stewards 10. The event photographer will be easily identifiable. 11. Your horse’s passports may be required to be seen by the secretary, so please bring it with you. It is also an offence to travel your horse without one. 12. Any complaints are to be submitted to the organiser in writing with a deposit of £20. 13. Spaces will be limited and will be allocated on date of receipt of entry and payment 14. The organiser has the right to refuse entry if any horse welfare is compromise
