Entries Open: 19th April 2021, Entries Close: 18th May 2021 
XC Courses: Courses will be as set for the BE event preceding this
SJ Courses: Courses will be similar to the BE event, with heights as stated.

 

Payment Details & Event Fees

Entries available on line at www.bede-events.co.uk. Entries will be taken on a first come, first served basis, and once classes are full the class will be closed and a waiting list held.

Entry Fee: £67.00. NO START FEE!

Prize Information

Prizes: Prizes in kind to 3rd, rosettes to 6th. ROR Sections will be given ROR Rosettes.

Withdrawals/Refunds

Withdrawals: All withdrawals by Friday 24th May. If replaced entry fees will be refunded minus a £15 admin charge up to this date, thereafter, no refund will be made.

Terms & Conditions

1 The competition will be run under British Riding Club Rules, except where specified below
2 Any objection must be made within 15 minutes of completion of class, and accompanied with a £20 deposit.
3 The organisers reserve the right to amalgamate or cancel any classes if there are insufficient entries
4 Horses/ponies must be 4 years old or older.
5 Please note the BE hat rule that protective headwear to BE specification must be worn at all times by competitors in all classes.

The Organisers wish to thank all the volunteers and helpers who have supported this event. Without their assistance, there would be no event and competitors should remember their generosity when speaking to jump judges and stewards. The committee wish all the helpers, spectators and competitors a successful and enjoyable day. Due to the fall an out rule the British eventing have enforced, BEDE Events have decided to run their unaffiliated events under the rules of British Riding Club.

LEGAL LIABILITY. Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event, nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses ,owners, riders, spectators ,land, cars their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever.

HEALTH AND SAFETY The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all officials and stewards.
