Open to all.  Competition dress not compulsory (must have current standard hat and safe footwear)

Fancy dress optional.  Prize for best fancy dress/Christmas jumper in each class, Special for Junior

• It shall be deemed a condition of entry that the organisers, the landowner and his agents shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage to competitors, onlookers, their property, servants or horses and ponies howsoever caused on the premises • Riders must wear riding hats to current approved British Standards, with the chinstrap properly fastened at all times when mounted. • All competitors have a responsibility to ensure that they and their horse are fit and at an appropriate standard to compete in the event • NO DOGS are allowed • The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any show, alter without explanation. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be made • All horses and ponies must be 4 years old or over • No lungeing permitted • Please use the bins provided for litter and droppings • In the interests of health and safety, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and obey the instructions of the Organiser and Stewards • For the avoidance of doubt and unless explicitly stated to the contrary, medical facilities will be limited to standard NHS accident and emergency callout • Horses and ponies tied up outside horse boxes or trailers must not be left unsupervised • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult • All classes will be judged under current BD rules • No refunds, substitutions or transfers can be made after entries close • First aiders on site, vet on call. • All details supplied on your entry will be safeguarded under our privacy protection policy, visit our website at hrrc.club for details
