No competitor may enter or ride more than two horses in this competition, which may be limited to 50. The twelve highest placed six year old horses in Class 1 will qualify to compete in the Walwyn Novice Championship, to be held on Wednesday 8th May. Declarations to compete in the Championship must be received immediately following the completion of the qualifying class in the Declarations Office.

Show Information
EQUINE INFLUENZA VACCINATION CERTIFICATES
All horses and ponies entering the Showground must be vaccinated, and vaccination certificates / passports must accompany the horse or pony to the Show, and be available for checking. Horses competing at FEI Events must comply with the requirements for Equine Influenza vaccination in accordance with the Veterinary Regulations.

Stabling Information: Yes
Stabling will be available in a field adjacent to the Showground.
THE STABLES CANNOT BE OCCUPIED BEFORE 4.00pm ON TUESDAY, 7TH MAY, AND MUST BE VACATED BY 10.00am ON MONDAY, 13TH MAY. Stabling will not be provided for Owners’ horses unless, at the time of entry, written application is made in the appropriate space provided on the entry form, and the fees paid. A charge of £70.00 per night is made for each loose box. Stables are available from 6.00pm on the day booked until 5.00pm the following day. Owners are asked to bring their own forage, as no fodder will be available. Please note that all boxes will be made up with shavings only. Extra bedding may be purchased if ordered and paid for in advance on the entry form. The stable fee of a horse entered but not sent to the Show will be forfeited. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY COMPETITORS STAYING FOR THE DURATION OF THE SHOW WILL BE ALLOWED TO PARK AND LEAVE THEIR HORSEBOXES NEAR THE STABLING AREA.
CARAVANS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED.
