Entries close Friday 22nd March 2019 (earlier if full)
Each team is to comprise of three members.
All horses, runners and riders to have hunted regularly during 2018/19 season.
Hunting attire is to be worn.
Winner will be the team completing in shortest time.
20 seconds will be added to the completed time for each knock down.
Jumps will be approximately 1m

Entries in advance only: online entries. No telephone entries accepted. You can enter using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to BEDE Events Ltd.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

Entry Fee: £50 per team of 3 members

Withdrawals/Refunds

WITHDRAWALS POLICY: Competitors who withdraw their entry before the close of entries on Friday 22nd March will be refunded less a £5.00 administration fee. Withdrawals must be received by email to claire@bedeltd.co.uk

CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of bad weather, the Inter Hunt Relay may need to be cancelled for safety reasons. If the weather on the day of the show puts you in any doubt, please check the website at www.belton-horse.co.uk in the first instance. The Organisers will also send an email to the person who made the initial online entry as soon as any decision is taken. It is the responsibility of that person to then contact the other team members. Please check your inbox and your junk box for any communication on the day prior to setting off. If you are still in doubt, please call 07464 803781 as a last resort, as this number will be very busy. If the Inter Hunt Relay is cancelled, competitors will not automatically gain entry to the rest of the Belton International Horse Trials unless a ticket is purchased.

Terms & Conditions

The hunt relay competition rules are broadly as follows:
Each team to comprise of three members.
All horses, runners and riders to have hunted regularly during 2018/19 season.
Full hunting attire to be worn.
The winning team will be the team completing in shortest time.
20 seconds will be added to the completed time for each knock down.
Jumps will be approximately 1m.

Teams will be required to proceed through start flags (time will be taken as the first horse crosses the line).
The first team member can proceed around the course, once the course has been completed the first team member will then hand his whip to the second team member, who will complete the course, and hand the whip to the third member.
Once the third member completes the course the time will be taken when the last horse crosses the line.
The course will include some or all of the following: solid and knock down rails, hedges, footbridge.
The chase fence must be jumped the correct way. All other jumps can be jumped either way.
Judge’s decision is final. No protest will be heard until a non-refundable cash sum of £500 is lodged with the Event Director (if you can catch him!!)
