RULES FOR UNAFFILIATED WINTER DRESSAGE SERIES: BD rules apply unless otherwise stated.
RESTRICTED CLASSES: Restricted classes are eligible only to those riders who have not competed at affiliated dressage or at affiliated eventing. Professional Riders* are not eligible. *Professional Riders: Riders and trainers that work with horses at any level. BD riders group 1-5 not eligible to compete at prelim or novice championships. Horse and rider combinations that have qualified for BD regional championships requested to ride above that level

FOR YOUR INFORMATION: 1. OEC Walk and Trot 2017 test sheets available from OEC Tack Shop 2. YH = young horse 4/5 years old, to be run as an amalgamated class with separate placing for the young horse (no restrictions) 3. V= veteran 16+, to be run as an amalgamated class with separate placing for the veteran horse (no restrictions) 4. U16 = young rider 16 years and under to be run as an amalgamated class with sererate placings.

Entries in advance only – online entries preferred. No telephone entries accepted.
You can enter using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to OEC.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

Please enter V (Veteran 16+), YH (Young Horse 4-5yrs old) or U16 (Riders 16yrs and under) in Class Notes if you are eligible.

Terms & Conditions
Rule & Conditions. 1. The judges decision is final. 2. Disclaimer of liability. Save the death or personal injury by the negligence of the organisers or anyone. 3. Health and Safety. The organiser of the event has taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all officials/stewards. 4. No horses/ponies must be tied to fencing on the showground. 5. The organisers reserve the right to withhold prizes if insufficient entries. 6. Horses and ponies must be four year old or over to compete. An animal that is sick or lame will not be allowed to compete or be ridden on the showground. 7. No entry will be accepted without the correct fee. Sorry no telephone entries. 8. First Aid. At least one qualified First Aider will be present at all competitions. 9. The organisers reserve the right to refuse an entry, to cancel or alter times or classes. 10. No entry fee will be refunded without a veterinary or medical certificate. 11. Only horses competing are allowed on the showground. 12. It is the owners responsibility to pick up their horses droppings. 13. NO DOGS ALLOWED. 14. No horses or ponies to be tied to horse lorries or trailers on the showground. 15. Walk & Trot championship - eligible for those riders who never competed in a preliminary (or higher level) championships before.
