Show Information

Advance Entries and Stable Booking close on Tuesday May 15th 2018.
Classes are run under FEI rules
Each horse will only be eligible for 1 class only
The Judges and Organisers decision is final
Cross Country attire, crash hats and body protectors obligatory
Once a class has been entered no refund will be given.
All dogs must be kept on leads and please clean up after your dog.
In the event of any rider travelling to a show on their own, details of a contact should be left with the secretary in case of an accident.
Any person who fails to comply with these terms & conditions will be liable to forfeit their fees & expulsion from showground.

Payment Details & Event Fees

Entries in advance. To enter:
A: Complete an Entry Form and send it together with your cheque made payable to "MEM Ltd" & SAE to: Musketeer Event Management, 2 Gate Cottage, Brancaster, King’s Lynn, Norfolk, PE31 8AG
B: You can enter using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to MEM Ltd.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

Entry fee: £12 for Dressage only
Entry fee: £20 for Combined Training

Stabling Information: Yes

Stabling can be booked on-site at a cost of £125.00 Inc. VAT for the duration of the event (Available from Monday 21st to Monday 28th May 2018) (MUST have up to date passport and vaccinations, two injections for primary vaccination not less than 21 days and not more than 92 days apart). Or Local stabling is available within close proximity of the event site at a cost of £25.00 per night.

Prize Information

Dressage Only: Prizes: £15, £12, £9.
Combined Training Prizes: £25, £20, £15.

Terms & Conditions

The organisers have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone attending this event. For these measures to be effective everyone present must themselves take reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. Instructions given by any Official must be obeyed. Any animal not under control or in any way constituting a danger may be asked to leave the showground. Owners enter their horses/ponies at their own risk, and it is a condition of entry that no liability of any kind attaches itself to Musketeer Events.
