Time slots will be allocated with groups of up to 12 riders being allowed to be set off at one time, groups will be set off at 5 minute intervals.
Refreshments are available on arrival and the barbecue begins at around 1.30pm.

The routes are all off road with occasional road crossings (busy crossings will be marshalled).
Ride includes NEWTON CROSS COUNTRY for all levels
Children under 13yrs must be accompanied by an adult

Terms & Conditions
1. Hard hats conforming to current safety standards must be worn by all riders when mounted. 2. Riders should be tidily dressed and the wearing of a back protector is strongly advised. 3. Riders under 13 yrs. must be accompanied by a responsible adult. 4. The minimum age for horses and ponies is 4 years. 5. Riders must not deviate from the route shown on the map for the category they have booked into. Routes will be indicated by signs around the course. 6. Although your dogs are welcome, they must be on a lead at all times whilst in the Lorry Park and no dogs are to be taken on the ride by horse riders. 7. All riders must check in and out of the ride at the secretary’s 8. Reflective’s must be worn. 9. BEDE ltd. and landowners involved in this ride accept no liability for any loss, injury or damage to any equine, person or their property and equipment, however caused. 10. All cars, Lorries and horseboxes are parked at the owner’s risk. No responsibility is accepted for damage or loss from the above parked on the ground. 11. Riders must be respectfully of other riders on the course and will be asked to leave if the correct conduct is not shown. 12. All those entering this event will be deemed to have accepted the above conditions.
