Show Information

This competition will run over a course of approx. 9 show jumps following straight on to a round of cross country type fences between 12 and 15 approx. It will be judged on faults and time. Time will be calculated to an optimum time with 1 time fault being added for each full second below or above the time. Time will be calculated on the cross country phase.
Cross Country Colours encouraged with Body Protectors being compulsory

Payment is secure and it goes directly to Muirmill EC.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

Entry Per Class: £15.00 - Non Muirmill Members, £12.00 - Muirmill Members
Late Entries or Entries on the day £21.50
First Aid - £3 per day per competitor

Prize Information

Each height points winner will receive a Trophy, Sash, Saddle Cloth and J & M Somervilles Vouchers. Overall Points Winner will receive the Annual Points Winner Trophy & £100
Each competitor will receive a 10% Discount Voucher for J & M Somervilles for each show entered.

Special Classes

Rosettes will be awarded 1st to 6th at each height category on each show day. Points will be accumulated throughout the Series, with Points Winners being presented on the 8th Sept 2018.
Points will be awarded as follows: 1st = 20, 2nd = 17, 3rd = 15, 4th = 13, 5th = 11, 6th = 7, 7th = 7, 8th = 5, 9th = 3, 10th = 1
Unless there are sufficient entries at 1.05 there will be no Points winner at this height

Terms & Conditions

1. Competitions are organised by Muirmill Equestrian Club. Hereinafter referred to as The Show Organiser within these General Rules and Regulations 2. The Show Organiser. volunteers and officials do not accept liability for any accident, damage, injury, theft or illness to horses, riders, owners, spectators or any other persons or property whatsoever. 3. Trespass - All visitors to Muirmill must keep to areas relevant to the show centre and are not allowed access to any other area. Anyone found to be in an unauthorised area may be asked to leave the show ground 4. The Show Organiser reserves the right to decline or exclude or remove any person or animal from the show or future show or return any entry fee without being required to assign reason or being liable for any compensation. 5. Competitions - The Show Organiser reserves the right to cancel, add to, or amend any of the competitions as they see fit. 6. The judges decision is final. 7. Smoking - Smoking is not permitted within any part of the showground or buildings unless in the specified smoking area. 8. Children - The Showground is not a playground. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times 9. Vehicles - The Show Organiser reserves the right to remove any vehicle which is obstructing any access to or from the showground even if locked and unattended. The Show Organiser will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage occasioned by such removal. 10. Dogs - Dogs are permitted on the show ground. They must be under control on a lead at all times. If, in the opinion of the Show Organiser or any of their staff, any person fails to keep their dog(s) under control they may be asked to leave the show ground. 11. The organisers will not be held responsible for any incident or injury to riders, owners, spectators, grooms or any person or property whatsoever. It is a condition of entry that each competitor shall agree to indemnify the organiser against any legal action arising from any incident. ANY PERSON(S) AND THEIR ASSOCIATES FOUND MISBEHAVING OR CAUSING DAMAGE WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE SHOW GROUND IMMEDIATELY Contact Muirmill 07968 622701 Please read carefully the General Rules and Regulations.
