In line with Pony Club guide lines Medical Armbands are to be worn on the arm.
In the interest of safety, long hair must be secured appropriately in a hairnet. Hair must not obscure the competitor number at any time.

Number bibs will be provided - a £10 deposit will be required. You may bring your own bib and we will supply number inserts only.

Terms & Conditions
1. This cross country competition will only be held if ground conditions permit. If in doubt check our website www.pcuk.org. Go to branches and find Mid Surrey. 2. Except where otherwise specified BHS rules will apply. No stop watches are allowed. Riders must proceed directly from the last fence to the finish. 3. No horse/pony to be ridden more than once in each class. 5. The judge’s decision is final. 6. Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis. 7. All non Pony Club competitors are not covered by The Pony Club insurance and must have their own third party cover. The Mid Surrey Branch of The Pony Club and the organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non Members and their insurance will not cover you. 8. Objections must be made in writing to the secretary within 10 minutes of the close of the event and must be accompanies by a deposit of £20 which will be returned if the objection is sustained. Competitors and/or their supporters verbally abusing officials will result in the competitor being eliminated. 9. Entries will not be refunded without a doctor’s or veterinary certificate. 10. Hard hats PAS 015 1998 or 2011, VG1 all with BSI kite mark. Snell E2001 with official Snell label and number. AS/NZS 3838 1998, 2003, 2006. ASTM – F1163 2004a with SEI mark. These must be worn AT ALL TIMES when mounted with chinstraps done up. PC members must wear a hat to the current PC standard (without a peak) and it MUST BE TAGGED. 11. HEALTH AND SAFETY: The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards. 12. All competitors must wear a medical armband and body protectors. Competitors using body protectors which require a key MUST log that key with the Event Secretary on the day. 13. All dogs must stay on leads and be under control at all times. 16. £10.00 bib deposit returnable
