Show Information
Entries close Wednesday 11th April 2018.
Entries for all classes may be limited, and will be accepted on a first come first served basis.
Classes 1 & 2 are classes open to all horses and riders at that respective level.
In the event of large entries, priority will be given to those who have qualified for the Championships.
Classes 3 & 4 are classes for horses and riders who have qualified through the Winter Series at Brackenhurst 2017/2018.
PLEASE NOTE: Horse boxes and cars enter Belton via separate entrances. Horseboxes do not require passes. CARS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED INTO THE HORSEBOX PARK, all cars must enter by the car entrance and are chargeable (discounts available online).

Payment Details & Event Fees
Entries in advance only – online entries preferred. No telephone entries accepted. You can enter using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to BEDE Events Ltd.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

Prize Information
There will be prize money awarded for Classes 3 & 4 and prizes in kind for Classes 1 & 2. classes. Classes 3 & 4 will have prize giving in the Main Arena, receipt of prizes is dependent on attendance at prize giving.

Withdrawals/Refunds
WITHDRAWALS POLICY: Competitors who withdraw their entry before the close of entries on Wednesday 11th April 2018 will be refunded less a £5.00 administration fee. Withdrawals must be received by email to info@bedeltd.co.uk

CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of bad weather, the Winter Series Dressage Championships may need to be cancelled for safety reasons. If the weather on the day of the show puts you in any doubt, please check the website at www.belton-horse.co.uk in the first instance. The Organisers will also send an email to each entrant as soon as any decision is taken – please check your inbox and your junk box for any communication on the day prior to setting off. If you are still in doubt, please call 07464 803781 as a last resort as this number will be very busy. If the Winter Series Dressage Championships are cancelled, competitors will not automatically gain entry to the rest of the Belton Park International Horse Trials unless a ticket is purchased.

Terms & Conditions
This competition will be run in accordance with British Eventing rules. All competitors must wear hats at all times when mounted to current PAS 015, VG1, all SEI ASTM F1163 04a onwards, SNELL E2001, AS/NZS 3838 2003 onwards EN1384 or ASTM F1163 – provided they are BSI Kitemarked. Correct dress is required for all classes. Dogs are welcome but must be kept on leads at all times. Persons participating in the competition or attending the Event do so at their own risk.

The organiser, any agent, employee or representative of Belton Park International Horse Trials do not hold themselves responsible for any loss, damage or injury (including death) to competitors, onlookers, spectators, their property, horse or vehicle in connection with any event. Condition of entry into Belton Park International Horse Trials is that entrants and spectators shall agree to indemnify the Organiser, agents, employees or representatives against any action arising from thereafter. The Organisers reserve the right to cancel, limit, divide or amalgamate any class. The Organisers of the event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For all health and safety measures to be effective everyone must obey the instructions of the Organiser, officials and stewards.
