Entries must be received by 4pm on the Monday before the event.
A late entry fee of £2 will be charged for entries received after that and before Wednesday 10am if space allows.
Combinations outside restrictions may enter classes 1 & 2 if competing HC.

Entry £13 members £15 non-members
Competitors may ride more than one test in % classes (entry fee is per test). Winner is the highest % across all tests.

Prize Information
Prizes: Rosettes to 6th place. Trophy to highest % of the day
Winter League Points Championship. Points awarded as follows. 1st = 6, 2nd = 5, 3rd = 4, 4th = 3, 5th = 2, 6th = 1 Rosettes & Prizes to highest points winners in league at the end of the series.

Terms & Conditions
1. All classes will be run and judged in accordance with the appropriate Rules for BD /BRC 2. Legal Liability – Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of the event to which these rules apply, nor the British Horse Society, nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, vehicles or their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. 3. The event is organised in accordance with the Health & Safety Legislation and all who have control of the premises or site at the event are responsible for ensuring that everything reasonably practicable is done to ensure the health and safety and welfare of those attending the event. They conduct themselves to that they do not put themselves or anyone else at risk. Access to and egress from the site is safe. Emergency services must have access to all parts of the event site at all times. 4. Competitors must be correctly dressed with correct footwear. Hard hats, correctly fitted and fastened, must be worn at all times when mounted, and must comply with British Riding Clubs 2016 safety standards: 5. Tack/bits must comply with BD rules for dressage competitions. 6. Judges’ decisions are final. No entry fees will be refunded unless the class is cancelled. 7. Any member of Bath Riding Club Committee, Judge or Steward has the right to ask any rider or persons abusing the use of whip or spurs, using ill-fitting or dangerous tack, or acting in an offensive manner to leave the competition, forfeiting all fees. 8. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry, cancel classes, divide or amend any class or restrict the number of entries in any class. 9. No Horse/Pony under the age of 4 years may compete. 10. Only horses and ponies entered to compete at the event may be brought to/ridden at the event. 11. All dogs must be kept on leads at all times (or, preferably, not brought). 12. Parking – please park sensibly where requested, making sure not to block any access. Please do not leave hay, droppings or litter in the parking areas. 13. Horses and ponies tied up outside horseboxes/trailers must not be left unsupervised. All persons attending the show will be deemed to have accepted the rules and conditions.
