Registration payment may be done via PayPal but a registration form MUST be completed and sent to the Show Secretary. Please ensure you notify the Secretary on your registration form which competitor name this is for – failure to do this may void your registration and subsequent entry.

If you qualify at a show, registration must be made within 21 days or the qualification will be void.
Qualification is for the Rider/Handler and relates purely to that class in which you have qualified.
In the event of an Inhand exhibitor qualifying more than one pony and they are competing in the same class, they may designate a substitute handler for the extra pony. Riders in Ridden and Working Hunter classes at the Championships MUST be the same combination that qualified, NO rider substitutions. Qualification is NOT transferable and if a pony is bought or sold, the registration and qualification is no longer valid. Registration and/or qualification for the Amateur Elite Final classes does not give automatic entry at any time to The Novice and Open Championships. These must be qualified for separately. Competitors are eligible to qualify for the Novice and Open Championships as well as the Amateur Elite Finals if they fit the criteria.

All classes are pre-entry. No entries on the day. All Saturday and Sunday class entries are subject to 2017 registration and qualification.

Entry Fee £17.00 + £3 first aid. First Aid ONLY needs paying if you've not already paid it as part of your entry to the Novice/Open Championships

Terms & Conditions
Whilst every effort will be taken, classes would not be held up, should there be any clashing, it is the Exhibitors responsibility to plan and check the rings accurately on the relevant day.
Please Note the Novice/Open Championship classes schedule can be found separately and not within this schedule.
All classes are pre-entry, STRICTLY no entries accepted on the day. Any payment that has to be re-presented to the Bank, if not paid via our Online Entry System, will incur at £25 administration fee for each occasion.
Equestrian Life Amateur Elite Show reserve the right to cancel or amend any class or section or split classes if they deem it fit and necessary.
All class entries and stabling are non-refundable and can only be reclaimed after the event on production of a relevant Doctor/Veterinary certificate.
All competitors enter the showground and classes at their own risk and whilst every effort is taken to ensure their safety, each person must be responsible for their own animal and property and Equestrian Life accepts no responsibility for any animal or property lost, damaged.
Collecting rings will be easily located. Strictly NO LUNGING at any time. Horses and ponies are not to be ‘tied-down’ for warming up and NO adults riding children’s ponies at any time.
Competitor numbers must be displayed clearly at all times when mounted. Hats must also be worn.
It is the responsibility of the competitor to be at their ring at the appropriate time. The Organisers will endeavour to give as much notice as possible. If a competitor is not able to make a class, please send someone to let a Steward know to avoid delays.
The Judges’ decision is final. ANY objection must be made in writing within 45 minutes of the class with a deposit for £40 in cash, to be forfeited if the objection is over-ruled. This must be taken to the Show Secretary directly.
Any Horse or Pony, which is not under the complete control of a competent rider or handler may be asked to leave the ring or showground if the Organisers believe they are a risk to other competitors.
Body protectors may be worn and are recommended for the Working Hunter jumping phase.
Stallions must only be handled by someone 14 years or over.
Anyone found to be mis-treating any horse or pony will be asked to leave immediately and all subsequent entries void.
Spurs are not permitted in any pony class and show canes and whips to be no longer than 30 inches with the exception of any side saddle class.
Please do not leave litter on the showground. Bins are provided
