CLOSING DATE FOR ENTRIES MONDAY PRIOR TO THE SHOW
LATE ENTRIES MAY BE ACCEPTED AT EXTRA COST IF CLASSES ARE NOT ALREADY FULL.
The course will include a short, clearly marked timed section for ALL classes including a gate to be opened & closed (Classes 1 and 2 OPEN GATE ONLY).

ENTRY FEES:
Classes 1, 2 & 4 - £18.00 members, £20.00 non-members
Class 3 (pairs) - £36.00 both members, £38 one member, £40 non-members
PLUS £3 each per competitor to cover paramedic and vet.

Please bring your own number bib as they are compulsory
(There will be a limited number to hire on the day at £15 each including a £10 deposit)

Terms & Conditions

1) Anyone riding a horse/pony at the event must wear protective headgear which complies with current riding club standards and which must be correctly fastened at all times. Hats must be replaced if dropped and chinstraps re-fastened immediately should they come undone. Correct dress and footwear must be worn. 2) BACK PROTECTORS AND MEDICAL ARMBANDS ARE COMPULSORY. Body protectors must be a minimum BETA 200- standard. Air jackets may be worn but only over an appropriate body protector. 3) All horses/ponies must be four years old or over. Horses/ponies may not compete more than once in a class. No horse or pony may enter more than two classes. 4) The organisers, or anyone acting for the organisers, will not be held responsible for any loss or accident to person, animal or property, however caused. 5) Objections must be handed to the secretary IN WRITING within 15 minutes of the end of the class together with a deposit of £10.00. Objections will be dealt with at the end of the day. Any objection not in writing will be dismissed. 6) Judges’ decisions are final. 7) The organisers reserve the right to alter or vary the schedule, or to decline any entry. 8) All dogs must be on a lead at all times. 9) In the event of cancellation, entries will be refunded less administration charge of £5.00. 10) After three refusals at any one fence competitors may continue but must go on to the next fence, making way for any riders coming up behind. Competitors retiring from the competition should leave the course at walk and follow the directions of the fence judges to avoid impeding other competitors. 11) In the event of any withdrawals the organisers regret that they cannot refund entry fees after the close of entries. Health & Safety. The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all Officials and Stewards. Liability. Neither the organisers nor any person acting on their behalf accept any liability for any loss or damage, accident, injury or illness to the competitors, spectators or any other person or property whatsoever. Application for entry to this competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions.
