Payment is secure and it goes directly to BEDE Events Ltd.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

The Grantham Cup” will be awarded to Best in Show
Rosettes for first and second place in each class

Terms & Conditions
I confirm my vehicle is covered by third party insurance, I will not hold Bede Ltd responsible for any loss or damage incurred on the day of the show and agree to abide with the terms and conditions for exhibitors (see over).

The Grantham Cup Classic Car Show Terms and Conditions for Exhibitors.
1. All exhibiting vehicles shall have and be able to produce on request the appropriate licences, tax and insurances for all vehicles brought onto the site and that, where appropriate, they are roadworthy to D of T Standards.
2. Your exhibit is adequately insured, either privately or through a club.
3. You agree to abide by the events Health and Safety policy.
4. You confirm that you understand that the blanket speed limit on site is restricted to 5mph and that there can be no vehicle movements in public areas between 10.30am and 4.30pm. Only vehicles directed by the steward may move during this time.
5. You agree to follow instructions issued by the organisers, the safety officers and marshals.
6. You agree to move any vehicle on the showground that is parked inappropriately to a designated parking area.
7. You agree to keep dogs on leads at all times.
8. You understand that on receipt of your entry fee you will be provided with a car pass. This pass will entitle entry to the event for the classic vehicle and 2 of its passengers.
9. This event is run as part of The Grantham Cup weekend at Belton International Horse Trials, which is organised by BEDE Ltd

SAFETY POLICY
The Organisers take safety at the show very seriously. The show has security officers, paramedics and doctors in attendance throughout.
In the event of an emergency - Event Control should be alerted immediately via the Event Office
Toilets, including disabled toilets, are located around the event site.
A site plan is displayed within the event programme.
All exhibitors must have appropriate insurance, licences, tax discs etc and agree to abide by vehicle movement restrictions.
All public are admitted to the site at their own risk.
Any behaviour deemed to be a danger to the public and/or other exhibitors will result in the offender(s) being asked to leave.
