Starting Times:
These are 60 minute sessions and includes use of the indoor arena and pilates equipment if needed in our heated clubhouse.
Each rider will see Jo for 30 minutes and then move on to Pilates. The Start times listed below are the start times to see Jo in the arena.

Show Information
What’s involved?
Warm up first for 15 minutes on your horse before your start time. You will be allocated 1 hour which involves:
A 25 minute ridden analysis with Jo using rider symmetry jackets at the level you are competing.
Riding circles, corners, straight lines, rising trot, sitting trot and including lateral work.
Using video to see where your balance may be compromising your horse’s balance, straightness and suppleness.

Put your horse back on the lorry or in one of our stables.

Annelise Brown, Level 3 Pilates coach, BHSII and dressage rider will assess the video and give you targeted exercises you need to work on to improve your straightness, strength and balance.

Introductory price of only £45. v

These sessions are aimed at riders wishing to improve their strength, poise, suppleness and flow on their horse.
Sessions will be held only once a month and you will be given Pilates homework and exercises to practice. More difficult exercises will be added into your programme on each visit.

Once you have booked on your first session you will be emailed a health questionnaire for Annelise so she knows your medical background before your Pilates session.

You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

Introductory price of only £45 per session.

Hot drink and a cake for afters.
