Stable Arrivals are welcome from 3pm-7pm. STRICTLY no arrivals after 7pm
Stabling - £50 for one night, £80 for two nights, £100 for 3 nights, £120 for 4 nights or more.
Hook up is available at £25 per night.
Non-hook up parking for Motorhomes and Caravans is charged at £10 per night.
Camping is charged at £5 per night.
A £15 stable deposit is charged per stable for any bookings made at the centre. This £15 charge is refundable when you vacate your stable at the end of your booking. The £15 deposit will be returned to you as soon as the stable manager confirms that your stable has been left in a suitable condition, i.e. clean, swept, dry and free from excess hay and droppings. The £15 will not be returned after you have left the show centre and so it is your responsibility to confirm your departure with the stable manager and to request your £15 deposit whilst at the centre. The deposit will only be returned to the person who is named on the booking form for the show. The stable manager retains the right to refuse the return of a stable deposit if the above conditions are not met.
To make a booking please follow the following instructions;
- - Press the purple enter button at the top of the event page
- - Select Class 0 and fill in all details (if you are not bringing a horse then please add new horse name – your vehicle registration number, stating N/A for all other drop down options in the Horse Name field, and select your own name for Rider and Owner details) before adding this to your basket.
- - You will not be able to proceed without completing the step above.
- - Select the ‘Save and Next’ button
- - Book stabling if required by adding your stabling requirements to your basket, remembering to use the drop down boxes at the top of the page to add horse and rider name, before choosing the stabling nights, before selecting Add to Basket. If you do not require stabling then select the ‘Next’ button
- - Select either yes or no when asked if you are bringing a horsebox or trailer (if yes, please continue to fill out the required boxes), then select the ‘Next’ button
- - Under the Sundry Items tab you will be able to select your hook up, Motorhome and Caravan Non-Hook up Parking & Camping then select ‘Save & Next’
- - Complete the Additional Information tab with your Vehicle’s Registration, size and your arrival / departure days then select ‘Save & Next’
- - This will then bring you onto the Summary Page which you can view what you have chosen. Please tick the boxes to state you agree to our terms and conditions policies then press the ‘Save & Next’ button.
- - On the final page you will be able to make payment.
- - Once payment has been made you will receive a confirmation email from MyRidingLife to confirm your booking.
