Stabling Information: Yes

Arrivals are welcome from 3pm-7pm. STRICTLY no arrivals after 7pm
Stables are available from 3pm on the date of booking and must be vacated at the end of the show. Arrival and departure times may be flexed upon request depending upon stable availability.
STRICTLY No arrivals after 7pm.

Please call our stable manager, Freddie, on 07568 395548 in the event of emergency.
Competitors must bring their own tools to the show.
The centre provides a mixture of permanent and temporary stables. Permanent stables will be allocated on a priority basis at the discretion of the event organiser. We cannot always honour every request for permanent stables at the show if bookings exceed capacity..
Stables should be left in the condition in which they are found, i.e. clear of droppings and dry. Any stables which are not left in a suitable condition will incur a muck out fee which will be communicated and charged to the competitor upon inspection of vacated stables.
For biosecurity reasons we leave a basic bed in stables, banked up at the stable sides to allow competitors the option to use existing bedding for banks/bases, or to remove entirely if preferred.
Hay and shavings can be purchased on site during the show. Please ask for a forage slip upon arriving at the centre and you will be able to pay for hay/shavings before collecting it from the hay barn next to the permanent stables at allocated times throughout the event.
Shavings can be purchased on site for £11 per bale. Shavings must be used in our permanent indoor stables. Competitors are welcome to bring their own shavings. Ad-lib free straw is provided for temporary stables.

Hay may be purchased for £3 per slice (or the equivalent of a full haynet.)

Taps are provided in stabling areas for filling water buckets. Bury Farm does not have a specific wash down area. We therefore request that competitors do not wash horses down in areas where competitor footfall is high to maintain suitable health and safety protocols.

£50 for one night & £75 for two nights. Please state arrival day in the stabling notes.

Day stables may be booked @£25 per day only if overnight stables are not booked to capacity. Day stables are generally available from one hour prior to the start of the day's competition, e.g. if the show starts at 09.00am the stable can be occupied from 08.00am.

Hook Up
Hook up is available at £25 per night. This is payable with stabling entries.

A £15 stable deposit is charged per stable for any bookings made at the centre. This £15 charge is refundable when you vacate your stable at the end of your booking. The £15 deposit will be returned to you as soon as the stable manager confirms that your stable has been left in a suitable condition, i.e. clean, swept, dry and free from excess hay and droppings. The £15 will not be returned after you have left the show centre and so it is your responsibility to confirm your departure with the stable manager and to request your £15 deposit whilst at the centre. The deposit will only be returned to the person who is named on the booking form for the show. The stable manager retains the right to refuse the return of a stable deposit if the above conditions are not met.
