Payment Details & Event Fees

Bookings & payment in advance only. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Sparrowbush Farm.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

First horse £25 per hour. Additional horses within the hour £12.50

Withdrawals/Refunds

Refunds or credit will be issued for cancellations due to adverse weather conditions which result in the facility being deemed unfit for use eg; snow, dense fog, ice or excessive wind speeds
A non refundable 10% administration fee will be charged on all cancellations
Cancellations made 48-24 hours prior to the selected date and start time will be issued a refund less the admin fee.
No refund will be offered on cancellations with less than 24 hours notice of the selected date and start time
Credit is offered at the discretion of Sparrowbush Farm and is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

Terms & Conditions

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY AND AGREEMENT FOR THE USE OF THE FACILITIES
Sparrowbush Farm does not accept any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to any riders, horses, owners, spectators, property, vehicles and their contents and accessories or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever.

1. By riding at the premises the rider accepts that they / their trainer or responsible adult (if under 18) has surveyed the facilities and jumps and understand that they or their trainer are responsible for assessing good working order. 2. Trainers, coaches, teachers or any person responsible for a rider must hold public liability insurance and any person bringing a groom, rider or paid assistance onto the premises must hold employers liability insurance. 3. All riders must be accompanied by another responsible person (who may be mounted or un-mounted) and must have access to a mobile phone in order to summon assistance in the event of an emergency. Emergency numbers and grid references are on the arena fencing. 4. All riders must wear a riding hat conforming to current BHS standard at all times whilst mounted and foot wear with heels, back protectors are recommended. 5. Users are required to close the gates of all facilities when entering or exiting and to obey all signage. 6. Riding, working and handling horses can be dangerous and horses may be unpredictable. Persons using the facilities do so at their own risk, Sparrowbush Farm will not be held responsible for any accident, injury or loss. 7. Riders are required to remove all droppings left by their horse(s) and return any show jumps (including fillers and poles) or other items moved from their original position to their original position.

I have read and understood the above terms and conditions of using the facilities and the disclaimer of liability, and confirm that I use the facilities entirely at my own risk.

General Terms & Conditions
• We reserve the right to refuse entry onto Sparrowbush Farm premises • We reserve the right to refuse any booking • Facilities are used at your own risk, Sparrowbush Farm accepts no liability or responsibility for any loss or damage in respect of your vehicle, equipment, personal valuables or property, the schooling of horses / ponies is done so entirely at your own risk. • Prior to use, riders must familiarise themselves with fences they intend to jump and take into account the ability of themselves and their horse / pony. • It is a condition of every person entering upon the farm that he/she agrees, and if he/she is under 18 years old, his/her parents or accompanying adult also agree that he/she does so at his/her own risk and voluntarily accepts the risk of injury or damage that is implicit in riding a horse/pony on these premises. • All persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times • A properly fitting hard riding hat current to British standards and footwear with heels must be worn at all times whilst mounted, back protectors are recommended. • No lunging in the arena • Any fences that are damaged or seen to be damaged must be reported to a member of Sparrowbush Farm • All visitors are to ensure droppings are thoroughly picked up before leaving the arena. • Please ensure droppings are picked up and taken home from the parking area. • All accidents must be reported and an accident report completed by a member of Sparrowbush Farm • Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times • Sparrowbush Farm has a no smoking policy • Online payments go direct to our bank account through a secure payment service provider • Online entries are provided through Equine Affairs where there is a £1.50 admin fee for each transaction. • Individuals or groups using an instructor must be able to provide evidence of public liability insurance of said instructor. • Sparrowbush Farm Vaccination Policy- All horses must be up to date with their annual Equine Influenza vaccinations, if this has lapsed then you will need to re-start the vaccination process and have had the second vaccination before riding at Sparrowbush, there will be occasional spot-checks.
