Starting Times:

30min or 1hr Hire slots available throughout the day from 9am – 5pm
The Arena will have a full course of show jumps.

Equine Health Self-Certification Form
The Equine Health Self-Certification form must be completed and emailed to office@solihullridingclub.co.uk no earlier than 24 hours prior to arrival at Solihull Riding Club. Anyone arriving without sending in the form prior to their arrival will not be granted access to the site and will be turned away at the gate. The form must be completed by all competitors, all housewives, anyone hiring the arena and anyone hiring the member’s field/boundary ride. The form will be available from the home page on our website.

Payment Details & Event Fees

Booking in advance and online only.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Solihull Riding Club.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

Members £20 per half an hour for 2 horses, additional horse – 1 allowed, £5 member/half hour
Non-members £25 per half an hour for 2 horses, additional horse – 1 allowed, £10 NON member/half hour

Terms & Conditions

Please leave the SJ course as found, at a reasonable height and the jumps in their original positions.
You must not attend site if you, or any of those travelling with you, or anyone from your household is exhibiting any symptoms of being unwell.
Social distancing of 2 meters or more must be strictly adhered to at all times.
Please only bring one member of your household with you as a groom or driver. Please scan the test and trace poster for the app upon arrival.
We will not accept anyone just “turning up”.
No person is to access any other part of the site other than the overflow car park and walking through the main car park to the outdoor or second indoor arena.
The main building will be closed to visitors.
No person should enter any other Lorry or car/trailer, or move close to any other rider, client or instructor at any time.
You will have booked an allotted time for your session, please only arrive on site 20 minutes before your time and leave as promptly as possible afterwards, to ensure limited numbers on site at any time.
Please do not enter the arena before your allotted time.
There will be limited toilet facilities available on site and please ensure you bring an adequate supply of water for you and your horse.
Government guidelines could change quickly at any time, therefore Solihull Riding Club reserve the right to close site at short notice.
All XC courses will remain closed.
