NB: Entries will only be accepted with a completed signed entry form and full payment. Entries open on the Monday following the previous competition and no entries will be carried over.

Prize Information
Rosettes to 6th place in all classes. Special rosette to highest placed Bath Riding Club member in each class/section.

Special Classes
A points system will run throughout the series for Horse/Pony & Rider combinations. Points will be awarded for every class at each qualifying competition but not at the Championships.

Qualification for Bath Riding Club Championships on the 17th of March 2019 The top 6 in each class automatically qualify.
As many extra wild card entries as possible will be invited to the Championships if spaces at the finals are available.
Championships on 17th March 2019 at Leyland Court
All classes - Open only to those who have already qualified and invited wild card entries only.
Sash to 1st place and Rosettes to 6th place in all classes in the finals.

Terms & Conditions
To be run under British Dressage rules (latest rule book). The Judges decision is final. Objections must be handed to the secretary in writing within 15 minutes of the end of the class with a £10 deposit. Any competitor found to be competing in a class for which they are ineligible will be asked to withdraw with no refund. Abusive behaviour towards any of the officials will not be tolerated & the perpetrator will be asked to leave without a refund. Competitors must wear the correct dress, footwear and hard hat. Hard hats should have a 3 point harness and chin straps must be fastened while mounted. Hats must conform to current safety standards. See our website for full details. All warm up must be done with consideration to other competitors. Horses & Ponies must be 4 years and over. No horse/pony may be ridden in the same class by different riders. No mucking out of trailers/horse boxes on site. No refund of entry fees will be made unless accompanied by a doctor’s or vet’s certificate. All horses must have a passport and up-to-date vaccinations. The Bath Riding Club Committee/Leyland Court or anyone acting on their behalf will not be held responsible for any loss/accident to persons, animals or property. Riders, owners & spectators enter at their awn risk. Horses/ponies must not be left unattended tied to the side of lorries/trailers.
